The County’s Department of Public Works and WSU among other partners will be hosting another series of workshops on composting in the coming year. We will post a schedule of the workshops at this website and advertise through local media outlets as soon as dates and locations are available. In the meantime, please take advantage of the local knowledge available.
The composting workshops that we did in 2009 and 2010 were extremely well received. The Jefferson County Solid Waste Division looks forward to coordinating more workshops in the coming year.
